Savory garlic, aromatic rosemary, and buttery mashed potatoes are what make this Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potato recipe perfect for the holidays. Made with simple ingredients and served alone or with my Ultimate Gravy recipe, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes never tasted so good!

Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes

You will need: 

5 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & diced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
3/4 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons milk
2-3 drops Rosemary Vitality -or- 1 sprig fresh Rosemary
1 drop Black Pepper Vitality -or- 1/4 teaspoon measured ground Black Pepper

Prepare: 

Peel, dice, and boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes or until soft.
Drain potatoes and place in bowl with butter.
Allow butter to melt then add cream.
Mash potatoes throughly until desired consistency, adding milk as needed.
Stir in essential oils, garlic and salt to taste.
Place in serving bowl and keep warm.

Notes

This recipe can be made using Young Living Vitality Rosemary and Vitality Black Pepper or fresh Rosemary and ground black pepper.
